EARNING MY CADILLAC REWARDS POINTS

My Cadillac Rewards members earn points on eligible Cadillac products and services purchased either at a participating Cadillac dealer or online.


How It Works

Once enrolled in the My Cadillac Rewards program, you’ll earn points for most things you do with GM. (Visit the My Cadillac Rewards overview page to enroll.) The points will be added to your account within 14 days after earning on eligible Cadillac products and services purchased. There is no limit on how many points you can earn, and all points earned with any GM brand goes toward your points balance. Log in to your My Cadillac Rewards account to view the “Earn” tab within your Dashboard and see all the ways you can begin earning points.

Earn On Your Purchases with Cadillac

  • All members earn 1 point per $5 spent on an eligible, new vehicle purchase or lease.
  • Members earn 3 points per $1 spent on eligible paid Certified Service, eligible accessories, GM Genuine Parts and ACDelco parts, and most OnStar® Plans.
  • All members earn 2,500 points ($25 value) with the purchase of a Cadillac certified Pre-Owned vehicle at a participating dealer.
  • Earn 500 points ($5 value) with the purchase of a GM Protection Plan at a participating dealer.

Earn additional points with the My Cadillac Rewards® Mastercard®. All Cardmembers earn 4 points per $1 spent on everything, anywhere, and earn 7 total points per $1 spent on paid GM Certified Service, eligible accessories online and at participating GM dealers, GM Genuine Parts and ACDelco parts, most OnStar® Plans, and more.

IF SOMEONE PAYS FOR IN-DEALERSHIP CERTIFIED SERVICE ON MY VEHICLE, WHO EARNS THE POINTS?

Points are awarded to whomever pays for the eligible item (accessories, parts, service), and the name on the Receipt/Repair Order is who earns the points. Cardmembers will earn all points for any authorized users, along with their own purchases.

DO MEMBERS EARN MORE POINTS WHEN USING THE MY CADILLAC REWARDS MASTERCARD?

Yes, Cardmembers earn 4 points per $1 spent on all purchases when using their credit card. Cardmembers also earn 7 total points per $1 spent on paid Certified Service, eligible accessories, GM Genuine Parts and ACDelco parts and most OnStar® Plans and more.

DO MY POINTS FROM MY CADILLAC REWARDS EXPIRE?

Silver tier member points expire upon account deactivation or after 5 years of account inactivity. Gold and Platinum tier member points never expire.

WHERE CAN I CHECK THE POINTS I HAVE EARNED?

Members can monitor their points on their My Cadillac Rewards Dashboard. Access your My Cadillac Rewards dashboard through the myCadillac App and My Cadillac website.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR EARNED POINTS TO POST TO MY ACCOUNT?

Most points will post to a member’s account within 24 hours of the purchase, while some points could take up to 14 days from the purchase. Members can contact the GM Rewards Member Support Center team for any questions regarding their account balance.

HOW DO I GET ANY MISSING POINTS BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT?

Please contact the GM Rewards Member Support Team for assistance with retrieving missing points at (844) 764-2665.

IF MORE THAN ONE MEMBER OF A HOUSEHOLD IS LISTED ON A NEW VEHICLE SALE, WHO IS AWARDED POINTS?

Points are awarded to the member of the household that the vehicle is titled to.
